The Universal Card Registry (UCR) is a centralized system designed to catalog every trading card across formats and publishers. It assigns each card a unique identifier, tracks print runs, variants, and provenance, and provides a single source of truth for collectors and marketplaces alike.

Universal Card Identification (UCI) is our standardized numbering scheme. Each UCI is a human‑readable code that encodes publisher, set, card number, and variant info—so you can instantly tell which print and edition you’re looking at.
